Looking for microneedling in Malvern? My private clinic in central Malvern offers expert SkinPen® microneedling (collagen induction therapy) for clients from Malvern, Worcester, Ledbury and surrounding areas. I deliver safe, effective treatments using professional-grade equipment - tailored to your skin needs.
Microneedling uses fine sterilised needles to create micro-channels in the skin. These controlled “micro-injuries” trigger your body’s natural healing response. As new collagen and elastin form, skin becomes firmer, smoother and more even. Over a course of treatments, you can expect significant improvements in texture, tone and clarity.
See my Gallery for before and after examples.
Treatments are spaced 4–6 weeks apart. Most clients see results after 2–3 sessions, with best outcomes over a course of 4–6.

Across the UK, you’ll usually see prices between £150–£350 per session, depending on the clinic and the device they use.
My price is £100, which I keep deliberately accessible without compromising on safety or results. I use sterile, single-use SkinPen-style cartridges and include a full consultation and aftercare guidance in every treatment, so you get genuine clinical-quality care at a fair price.
For most clients, yes - especially if you’re dealing with texture issues, scarring, pigmentation or early signs of ageing. In my clinic, I’ve seen consistent improvements after just a couple of sessions: smoother skin, softer lines and a more even complexion. It’s not an overnight transformation, but it delivers results that good skincare alone can’t achieve.
You’ll need to allow for some downtime. Expect redness and a tight feeling for 24–48 hours. It’s normal and part of the healing process.
Another downside is that you need a course of treatments for real change, particularly with scars or deep texture issues. I’m always honest during consultation about what’s realistic so you know exactly what to expect.
The treatment must also be done safely. I follow strict hygiene standards and use sterile, single-use cartridges with proper depth control to minimise risks.
They’re designed for different concerns. Botox softens wrinkles caused by muscle movement - like frown lines and crow’s feet.
Microneedling focuses on skin quality: texture, scars, collagen, elasticity and tone. If your goal is healthier-looking skin, microneedling is more effective. If you want quick changes in expression lines, Botox will be faster. Many clients choose both at different stages depending on their goals, but microneedling is the more natural, long-term skin health treatment.
Results tend to last 6–12 months, depending on your age, skin condition and lifestyle. You’ll get the best longevity if you protect your skin from the sun, avoid heavy exfoliants straight after treatment and follow a simple, consistent skincare routine.
Most clients choose a maintenance session once or twice a year to keep collagen levels topped up and maintain the improvements.
